'Victor' is a graduate short film by Sam Tipper. It was completed as part of a Masters in Animation at UWE in Bristol, England.

It is an underdog story about a washed-up vacuum cleaner. In a world of exponential technological progress, the old is all too easily replaced by the new. Victor is a reminder that no matter what your deficiencies, with courage and conviction, we all still have something to offer.

It is an official selection for the Venice Short Film Festival, The UK Film Festival, The Paris Short Film Festival, The Cheltenham Film Festival and The London Short Film Festival. It has also won a merit award at the Best Shorts competition and an award for best animation at the Coventry Film Festival.
